• WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

    We provide services on location and do not have a studio. However, we have studio booth availability in Heights and Southwest Houston, this varies on availability.

  • WHEN DO I BOOK AN ARTIST?

    ASAP! If you have a date set, contact us. All inquiries that have not sent a deposit are in the preliminary of scheduling and not confirmed appointments. We book on a first come, first serve basis.

  • WHEN SHOULD I SEND MY DEPOSIT?

    After you have completed our form, we will respond and confirm your appointment. After confirmation, we will advise you when to send your deposit. Only then should you send your deposit. Please note: Deposits are nonrefundable, nontransferable and forfeited for any cancellations.

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DEPOSIT, IF I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

    Your deposit is nonrefundable, nontransferable and forfeited for any cancellations. If you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MAKEUP AND HAIR?

    Our makeup and hair styling applications take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Please note that long hair, installation of hair extensions or hair accessories, will require more time depending on quantity.

  • HOW DO I PREP FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

    SKIN

    We suggest any hair removal service be performed 7 days prior to your appointment. Please note facial hair can become more visible after your makeup application.

    For aesthetic procedures, please consult with your aesthetician.

    All other skin and lip care routines can be followed the day of.

    HAIR

    We ask that you have your hair completely dry the day of. If you plan to wash it, wash and blow dry only the night before, day old hair has more longevity. Do not use any hair products.

    If you have extremely curly hair and know you want a style that requires to be straighten, please wash and blow dry your hair the night before, do not use heat tools.

    Please have hair references for your hair style.

    WHAT TO WEAR

    We suggest you wear something easily removable like a button up shirt, in consideration of hair and makeup.

  • DO YOU CATER TO LARGE PARTIES?

    Yes, we cater parties of all sizes. When you book your appointment it includes one makeup artist and one hair artist or one hair and makeup artist. For larger groups or for any time restraints, we have additional artist available.

  • DO YOU OFFER TRIALS?

    Yes. In fact, we highly suggest a trial to give yourself the chance to meet with us, discuss and edit your vision. This gives you the opportunity to visually see how you will look the day of.

    Trial rates are the same rate.

  • WILL MY MAKEUP & HAIR LAST ALL DAY?

    We will set your makeup for a long lasting day with makeup sealant and hair styled, pinned and sprayed. We ask that you properly care for your makeup and hair after we are done to ensure its longevity.

    Key tips:

    MAKEUP: Carry a blot powder or sponge to remove any excess oil. Please carry a lip oil or gloss for touchup, this will ensure you are camera ready.
